A last hurrah before we break for the summer, in our south London ballroom (4 minutes from a tube station).

There will be live jazz music from the venerable Shirt Tail Stompers, darlings of the European circuit and old friends of the Candlelight Club, and when the band aren’t playing our DJs the Bee’s Knees will be spinning vintage vinyl. Presiding over proceedings will be our cabaret Host with the Most, Champagne Charlie.

There will be saucy burlesque performances from Coco Belle to evoke the anything-goes atmosphere of the Jazz Age.

In the bar we’ll have Michelle Krausz’s pop-up vintage jewellery shop.

Elsewhere our tarot reader Lucius will be waiting to tell you what the future holds for you, while sketch artist Sophie will be on hand to capture you in your finery.

All guests require an entry ticket, covering entry and entertainment, but in addition you can choose to have the three-course dinner, which includes tables seating reserved for you all night. Alternatively you can reserve a table without the dinner, but including Champagne on arrival for a flat fee per table (£80 for a small table, seating up to five, including a bottle of Champagne, or £160 for a large table, seating up to 10, including two bottles of Champagne).
