All guests at our events need an entry ticket, which covers entry and entertainment but does not guarantee a seat at a table. Some of the tables may be freely available on a first come, first served basis, but seating is limited (about enough for two thirds of the guests) so if you wish to reserve a table you may do so for an extra charge, which includes Champagne on arrival.
A SMALL TABLE costs £65 (on top of your ticket price), includes a bottle of the house Champagne and can seat up to five people.
A LARGE TABLE is £130, includes two bottles of house Champagne and can seat up to ten people.
You'll see the option to add a table reservation to your order when you buy your tickets, but you can also add a reservation later (subject to availability) but it helps us if you buy the reservation in the same name as you bought your tickets. Only one person in a group needs to reserve a table, and you don't need to specify who will be sitting at it.
If you reserve a table (but not the set menu dinner), you have to option to order sharing platters of food for the table. You'll see the option to do this when you buy your tickets. There will also be a small range of bar snacks to order on the night.
If you choose the set-menu dining option (see below) it comes with a table reservation included (but not the Champagne), so there is no need to reserve a table separately, though note that you may be sharing a table with other guests.
If you have any queries, or special requests such as flowers or a cake, please email email@example.com.
You can come just for drinks and dancing, but our kitchens are also open throughout the evening.
For a more formal dining experience, there is a three-course set menu option (with a vegetarian alternative), available as a pre-order only—just add the Dinner Option to your basket when you buy your ticket. It includes a table reservation, though note that you may be sharing a table with other guests. You can add the dinner option later, after you have bought your entry tickets (subject to availability): if you wish to do this please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Guests pre-ordering the set menu will be emailed the menu a few days before the event and asked to select from two or three options for each course.
As a less formal alternative, if you reserve a table (but not the set menu dinner), you can order sharing platters for the table. You'll see the option to do this when you buy your tickets.
If you are in a group ordering the set menu and you are buying your tickets individually, can you please contact email@example.com to let us know you wish to sit together. If your group is above eight or ten you may have to be spread across more than one table (which we will place together).
